Job Title: Client Services / Business Development Executive - IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and expand our IT Workforce Solutions business in Central New Jersey.

This role is ideal for recent Business graduates or MBA candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in sales, account management, and client relationship development. You will play a key role in maintaining existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving new business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within current client accounts

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to ensure timely and quality delivery

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Support revenue growth through disciplined sales activity and performance tracking

  • Contribute to overall business development strategy and client retention efforts


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
