Job Title: Client Services & Business Development Representative - IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Services & Business Development Representative to support and expand our IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role combines account management with proactive business development and is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts.

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and maintain consistent follow-ups.

  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Drive revenue growth through disciplined and consistent sales efforts.

  • Contribute to client retention and business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications
