These programs are designed to cultivate future leaders by exposing participants to various business functions and high-impact projects over a set period, typically 18-36 months. Participants receive mentorship from senior executives, formal training, and hands-on experience in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, or strategy. The goal is to fast-track participants into management or leadership roles within the company upon completion of the program.
