Job description

Description

We're searching for a Director of Finance & Information Systems who loves big-picture thinking just as much as rolling up their sleeves. Someone who gets that finance isn't just about reporting-it's about giving people the tools and insights to make great decisions, quickly. You'll own both sides of the house: all things finance, plus the vision and leadership behind our information systems and ERP improvements. If you're energized by solving problems, modernizing systems, and helping a growing company work smarter, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals and parent company expectations
  • Lead annual budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and scenario planning; present KPIs and insights to senior leadership
  • Oversee accurate, timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and act as the primary check-and-balance for operational metrics across production, inventory, and sales
  • Manage the accounting team (GL, AP/AR, cost accounting, revenue recognition)
  • Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain strong internal controls
  • Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure analysis

Information Systems & Technology

  • Lead the IT/IS Manager and set technology strategy that enables financial and operational excellence
  • Own ERP optimization, system integrations, and the financial technology roadmap
  • Drive process automation, data quality initiatives, and system enhancements that reduce manual work
  • Partner cross-functionally to align systems with business needs

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential strongly preferred.
  • 6-10 years of progressive finance roles, including team management.
  • Experience with audits, internal controls, and compliance; manufacturing background preferred.
  • Experience with managing or partnering with IT teams and understand how to bridge finance and technology.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, FP&A platforms, and BI dashboards.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience is a big plus.

Why This Role?

  • Unique dual mandate: Finance leaders rarely get to own the technology strategy. Here, you will.
  • Real ownership: This isn't a corporate role buried three layers deep. You'll have a seat at the table and your voice will matter.
  • Build the foundation: Shape both our financial operations and technology infrastructure for the next phase of growth.
  • Stable backing: Part of an established international group with resources and support, but you'll operate with autonomy.
