Extraco Banks is seeking a successful Trust Advisor to join our team. This opportunity is in our Waco, Texas office.
Summary:
Administration of Personal Trust, Family Trust and Estates. Develop relationships with the clients and ensures client satisfaction. Oversee profitability, risk management, legal and compliance issues. Pursue and develop new relationships with clients.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a Trust Advisory role. Background in Finance, Accounting, or law are a plus. Reasonable math and accounting skills. Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge requirements, i.e. skills, abilities, personal characteristics: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Advanced level of performance, requiring minimum supervision. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Managing a book of trust and agency clients and client requests.
  • Prospecting for new business with contacts and Centers of Influence.
  • Monthly client Investment reviews, Annual Reg 9 compliance reviews, and 90 Initial Account opening reviews.
  • Common Trust Fund management.
  • Managing tax reporting process for clients.
