Overview:

Financial Strategy Analysts will join one of our high performing teams within the Corporate Development and Finance organizations. Responsibilities range from in-depth cause and effect analyses, competitive analyses, supporting company initiatives through analytical modeling and consulting, and monthly review of financial performance. Analysts develop financial models that support critical decisions and will communicate recommendations, key findings, and issues to senior management.

  • Financial Planning: Partner with commercial and operational teams to develop the company's financial roadmap, analyze investment opportunities, and ensure we meet financial targets. This role offers a dynamic blend of schedule optimization, workforce planning, and performance analysis, making a direct impact on crew productivity and operational reliability
  • Treasury: Support the companyโ€™s capital and financing needs that fund dayโ€‘toโ€‘day operations and longโ€‘term growth. Guide activities ranging from aircraft financing to capital markets transactions, while helping advance deleveraging and balance sheet transformation
