Eaton's IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is based in Davenport, IA. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates within the hiring country.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Eaton's Mission Systems division manufactures mission critical components for commercial aircraft, military life support systems, and aerial refueling products. As one of the Top 20 major employers in the Quad Cities, we are growing and seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Davenport, IA location.
What You'll Do
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, supporting approximately 200 team members across multiple functional groups. In this role, you will blend strategic HR leadership with hands on support to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic HR Partnership
• Provide direct HR support to functional leaders, contributing to both strategic planning and day to day operations.
• Maintain strong business literacy regarding financials, organizational culture, mid range plans, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend proactive solutions and policy improvements.
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters; conduct objective, thorough investigations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws; partner with legal as needed.
• Strengthen workplace relationships, morale, and retention through proactive guidance and coaching.
Talent Management & Development
• Support hiring, promotions, and internal mobility processes.
• Contribute to workforce and succession planning in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Facilitate site wide talent development initiatives, including learning sessions, internal career fairs, and employee listening sessions.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to support professional growth.
Organizational Support
• Help deploy corporate HR programs and initiatives across the site.
• Provide support for union related HR activities when needed.
• Perform additional related duties to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
