Position Overview

As a Real Estate Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire future leaders in real estate finance. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions, guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers.
  • Develop your public speaking and presentation skills, establish your personal brand as a thought leader in real estate finance, and expand your professional network across the financial services and real estate industries.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate finance and a passion for sharing knowledge through teaching.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients, including:
    • Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools.
    • Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions.
  • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized support to students.
  • Collaborate with WSP to:
    • Enhance existing training materials and ensure they remain industry-relevant.
    • Develop new course content to meet evolving client needs.
  • Successfully complete WSP's Train-the-Trainer Program, a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience:
    • At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm.
    • Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus.
  • Education:
    • MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.
  • Skills & Passion:
    • Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis.
    • A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Availability:
    • Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
    • Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year, with availability for domestic and international travel.
