The Associate Strategy Executive plays a critical role in advancing MSIG USA's strategic priorities by supporting high-impact, cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving planning, analysis, coordination, and execution of key enterprise initiatives.
Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, this individual will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensure alignment across functions, and drive consistent follow-through on key CEO and executive agenda items.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Drive and support the development and execution of MSIG USA's mid- to long-term growth strategies.
    • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable, measurable initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Lead and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across core functions, including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations.
    • Facilitate alignment and coordination across business units to ensure effective execution and outcomes.
  • Executive Support & Decision Enablement
    • Conduct research, analysis, and data-driven assessments to inform CEO and executive decision-making.
    • Identify organizational, operational, and execution gaps and develop recommendations to address them.
  • Governance & Communication
    • Prepare high-quality, executive-level materials for management meetings, Board discussions, and CEO-led forums.
    • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain processes to support effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
    • Drive accountability across stakeholders by ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience
    • 7-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, or a related field
    • Experience working on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and interacting with senior leadership
    • Prior experience in or exposure to the insurance industry preferred.

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations
    • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
    • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders

Salary: The base pay range is $100-112K . Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
