Job description

The selected candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This individual must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system-related issues. A balanced technical and business mindset is critical to effectively support operational needs. This role offers broad exposure across multiple functional groups within Stellantis.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry
  • Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines
  • Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools
