PreVeil — a category-leading, profitable cybersecurity SaaS company — is hiring a Director of New Market Development to help expand our proven platform beyond Defense into Healthcare, Legal, Tax, and Financial Services. Our encrypted email and file-sharing solution protects 2,200+ Defense contractors and has been recognized as PC Magazine’s Best Encrypted Email & File-Sharing Solution for five consecutive years.

We are seeking a Director of New Market Development to build PreVeil’s next growth engine by developing, validating, and scaling new lines of business outside Defense. This is a hands‑on business‑building role combining strategic thinking, customer discovery, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and prioritize high‑potential verticals through rapid market research and customer interviews
  • Design and test go‑to‑market strategies
  • Run structured pilots and MVPs to validate messaging, pricing, and náà channel strategies
  • Engage early customers to refine messaging and workflows
  • Partner with Engineering and Product on compliance‑driven feature evolution
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners to operationalize and scale traction based on validated learnings
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a GTM or General Management leader inside a successful SaaS company — or who sees this experience as a stepping‑stone to launching their own venture.
Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation
  • BS/MS in a technical or quantitative field, or demonstrated technical fluency
  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
Experience
