Placement: Full-time Permanent Position for Fortune 500 Organization

Job Description

Looking for an HR Business Partner for a Global Fortune 500 Organization for their chemical manufacturing location in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area.

This role will provide HR support for site management in analyzing business needs and implement site initiatives to maintain a positive employee relations environment; will assist with recruiting and staffing activities; manage benefit, disability, compensation, affirmative action, employment, and workers' compensation programs for the site; collaborate with payroll; will act as advisor to provide guidance to management and employees on conflict resolution, performance objectives and disciplinary actions; and will manage and coordinate training and development activities for the site.

Qualifications

MBA/Masters Degree

8+ years of related experience in Human Resources

Experience in human relations issues and knowledge in business management, planning, supervision and systems utilization

Proficiency in the various functions of Human Resources including benefits, compensation, recruiting, EEO and training

Additional Information

Salary: Negotiable, $115,000 year (DOE)
