Job Description
A Day in the Life
  • The Administrative Residency position at Munson Healthcare is designed for a recent graduate of their MHA, MBA/MHA, or MBA healthcare program. This educational development opportunity will start in July 2027 and go through July 2028 for a duration of 12 months. Munson Healthcare is seeking a dynamic fellow with strong leadership potential and the ability to think analytically and strategically. The fellow will work alongside their preceptor(s) and assume responsibility for operational projects and support organizational initiatives. The fellow will gain valuable leadership skills needed to cultivate a rewarding career in healthcare.

Qualifications
What's Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Recently graduated from a Master's degree program in Health Administration, Business Administration or other related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a health care setting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
