Join the MBA Finance Strategy Leadership Development Program (FSLDP), as a Project Manager, where you'll serve as a key business partner to senior leaders and help shape the future of the organization through financial strategy, analysis, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll lead high impact projects, develop long-term financial plans, and provide insights that influence critical business decisions across a diverse portfolio of functions.

You'll evaluate business performance, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. By partnering with teams across Marketing, Grape Supply, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and other business functions, you'll help drive strategic initiatives that support sustainable profitability and organizational success.

This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing decision-making, and driving meaningful change. You'll have the chance to develop talent, improve financial processes, establish key performance metrics, and contribute to long-range planning while gaining broad exposure across the business. What You'll Need

  • MBA degree from a Tier 1 Business School as defined in the Strategic Finance Leadership Development Program (SFLDP) or currently enrolled in Tier 1 Business School and will receive degree by July 31, 2027.
  • Three years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, sales, consulting or alcoholic beverage industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
