Mazda of Claremont is expanding and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Advisors to join our winning team. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and set sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and product information
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not appointment-ready or who have no-showed
  • Maintain accurate daily activity in the CRM system
  • Participate in team meetings and process development sessions
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams and dealership leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience
