A Hotel Sales Coordinator acts as the vital linkbetween sales managers, clients, and hotel operations, supporting revenuegeneration by managing group bookings, contracts, and site inspections. Keyduties include answering inquiries, maintaining room blocks in propertymanagement systems (PMS), and preparing banquet event orders (BEOs).

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration: Handle incoming sales inquiries, prepare contracts, proposals, and room blocks, and maintain client databases.
  • Group Booking Management: Coordinate group rooming lists, client notifications, and event details to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the liaison between the sales team, front desk, catering, and housekeeping to communicate VIP arrivals and group resumes.
  • Client Relations & Tours: Conduct site inspections for prospective clients and provide "on-the-floor" support for in-house groups.
  • Reporting: Assist the Director of Sales (DOSM) with weekly sales reports, revenue meetings, and tracking market trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous hospitality, front desk, or sales support experience is typically preferred.
