Synergy Manufacturing Group is looking for a motivated and dependable 3-Axis Laser Cutting Operator to join our growing team. If you have experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment—especially Mazak or Mitsubishi machines—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate 3-axis laser cutting machines (Mazak and Mitsubishi preferred).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
  • Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Keep material logged and organized.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Mazak or Mitsubishi experience is a strong asset).
  • Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
