CNC Machinist
Location: Lancaster, WI


A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinistto join their team. Direct experience with programming and set up is preferred and is best suited for a skilled machinist who is comfortable working in a job shop (non-production) environment where precision and adaptability are essential.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: Full-time, First Shift
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
  • Pay: $24 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Vertical Mills, manual mills, and lathe machines
  • Program and set up machines using MasterCAM software (MasterCAM experience is preferred)

  • Debur parts and perform quality control inspections
  • Work primarily on Mazak machines using Mazatrol software (experience preferred but not required)
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols at all times
