About Us:

Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor-led, group boxing experience. Our workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather’s training and techniques, combining boxing, cardio, endurance, and strength training. As a Boxing Instructor, you’ll lead classes that focus on both fitness results and authentic boxing skills. Our personalized approach is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ.
Reports to: Owner
Schedule: 1-3 Classes Per Week
Pay Structure: $45-$55 per class, a combination of base class pay plus class attendance bonus.
Job Overview for Boxing Instructor
As the Boxing Instructor, you’ll inspire and motivate members in high-energy workouts while helping them improve technique, confidence, and overall fitness. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and motivating members through pre-defined group fitness workouts
  • Ensuring proper form and providing corrections as needed
  • Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training, and staying aware of industry trends
  • Demonstrating the use of all equipment in workouts
  • Performing 2-4 hours of admin and maintenance duties monthly
  • Contributing as a supportive and enthusiastic team player
Responsibilities of a Boxing Instructor

  • Deliver engaging group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Attend training sessions and bring back lessons learned to enhance coaching quality
  • Support studio marketing efforts through community demos, pop-ups, and events
  • Promote the studio and brand through social media engagement
  • Act as a brand ambassador for community involvement and member experience
  • Help the team meet and exceed studio performance metrics (utilization, first-visit conversion, retention)
As a Boxing Instructor, You Have:

  • Experience teaching or assisting in group fitness settings
  • Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Current fitness certification (approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness)
  • AED/CPR certification
