VytlOne has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, full-time, customer focused Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work within one of the Maxor National Pharmacy Services network of managed clinic-based pharmacies in the Chelsea area of New York City. This full time position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of pay, a generous healthcare benefits plan participation, and 401 (K) Plan with company match.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take prescription orders
  • Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
  • Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
  • Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
  • Answer the phone
  • Input customer information into the computer system
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm
  • Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsof employment
  • 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.
  • Computer experience mandatory
  • Proven track record of exemplary customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
  • Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
