Job Description

ASSISTING BIM/ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • Support BIM project requirements and client deliverables

  • Assist with clash detection reviews and coordination tracking

  • Generate and maintain BIM progress reports and logs

  • Support preparation of Revit models for 4D/5D planning and scheduling

  • Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables for compliance with project standards

  • Coordinate with BIM, project, and trade partner teams to support project deliverables

  • Maintain asset management data, documentation, and tracking registers

  • Review and validate asset information across models, drawings, specifications, and project documents

  • Support Smart ID assignments, Maximo deliverables, and project closeout documentation

ASSISTING ESTIMATING

  • Manage prequalification applications and license renewals

  • Support proposal preparation, forms, and document submissions

  • Organize and maintain bid documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda

  • Maintain project, proposal, pursuit, staff, and SWAC tracking logs

  • Update and maintain CRM database

  • Enter and track RFIs

  • Print, scan, file, and organize project documents

  • Assist estimators with administrative and project support tasks

  • Provide general office support as needed

  • Maintain estimating office supplies

  • Assist with Procore integration

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Ten (10)+ working in administrative support, data analysis, BIM/asset management, project coordination, or related fields.

  • Experience with construction, estimating, BIM, Procore, Revit, or related software is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
