Au sein de l'equipe de l'equipe Signalisation et communication, vos principales responsabilites seront de : Realiser les depannages en pre service commercial et en service commercial, conformement aux exigences techniques et aux bonnes pratiques.

Mettre a jour les donnees dans les outils projet (ex. Maximo). Contribuer a la fiabilite (Reliability Growth) et au retour d'experience (REX).

Assurer la bonne communication de l'information au sein de l'equipe de depannage. Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes et les partenaires, grace a l'expertise et a la disponibilite. Identifier, traiter et suivre les enjeux critiques de facon proactive.

Realiser les travaux de facon securitaire et conforme (Sante & Securite, standards ferroviaires, Safety Case TOC, politiques/procedures et code d'ethique PULSAR). EHS : assurer l'application des exigences PULSAR/client par tous (internes/externes), incluant fournisseurs/sous-traitants; promouvoir le signalement des quasi-accidents . Superviser un environnement de travail securitaire : modes operatoires, permis de travail (PTW) et regles de securite PULSAR.

Indicateurs de performance Livraison a temps : avancement quotidien/hebdomadaire de la maintenance planifiee. Satisfaction client : atteinte des KPI cibles. Gestion des risques/dangers et amelioration continue.

Profil Experience / connaissances Un minimum de 2 ans en maintenance : ATC/ATS/SCADA/IXL/ISM (au moins un systeme) Tres bonne connaissance des produits et systemes ferroviaires. Esprit d'equipe et communication efficace. Competences Maitrise des systemes de signalisation et de communication.

Maitrise des risques : alimentation electrique et securite ferroviaire. Sens de l'urgence; prise de decision rapide sur le terrain. Analyse et resolution de problemes.

Planification/organisation pour atteindre les cibles de disponibilite et fiabilite. Informations contractuelles Assurance maladie ; Assurance dentaire ; Assurance invalidite ; Assurance vie ; Regime de retraite avec contribution de l'employeur ; Jours de conge personnels et jours de vacances disponibles des l'embauche ; Possibilite de travail en mode hybride (selon les postes) ; Programme d'aide aux employes ; Stationnement sur place.
