• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy to encourage client progress.
• Develop, execute, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create holistic and coordinated care strategies.
• Perform crisis intervention and safety planning as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support in times of distress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing a platform for shared experiences and communal healing.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices in therapeutic approaches.
• Solid knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a passion for continuing education in the field of mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, crucial for developing trusting relationships with clients.

• Experience working with specialized populations, including children, adolescents, or trauma survivors, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
