Job description

Mavin Maintenance Specialists serve our clients under the leadership of the Maintenance Division Leader. These maintenance specialists routinely perform work of varying levels of difficulty on both the interior and exterior of their assigned properties. They are responsible for scheduling and performing routine monthly upkeep and addressing sporadic issues and problems (i.e. leaks, cracks) - which includes contacting and coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. They operate with the utmost level of safety in order to protect themselves and others. Mavin Maintenance Specialists are an extension of the Mavin organization and serve as representatives and ongoing points of contact to our clients.
