Salary: $300,000 annually

Gather Health is seeking a Center Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for our primary care center. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, including provider mentorship, utilization management, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Working closely with organizational leadership, you'll help shape clinical strategy while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture built on our Social Primary Care model.

Key Responsibilities
