Job description

Praxis Companies LLC is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Hamilton, AL. Drivers will be delivering manufactured bathware primarily in the southern states. Drivers can expect to be home home weekends for their reset. Come seek a career with-in our American Bath Group Family and Private Fleet at Praxis Companies LLC.

Compensation

  • Annual pay: $85,000+
  • Paid actual miles, increases with length of service
  • Additionalpay:
    • Drop pay
    • Per diem layover pay
  • Bonuses:
    • Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
    • Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
    • Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset
  • Schedule: Sunday - Friday
  • Route: Primary states include AL, GA, TN, AR, TX, MO, KY, NC, & VA
  • Level of Touch:Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experience
  • No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
  • No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
  • No reckless driving convictions
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring Radius:Drivers must live within 50 miles of Hamilton, AL
