Warehouse Worker - Mattress Unloader

Location: Bloomfield, CT 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. 

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour 

Bonus: Weekly perfect-attendance bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Mattress Unloader to join our bedding distribution center in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This is a highly physical position that requires unloading, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy mattresses and other bedding products throughout the workday.

Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting and working at a steady pace in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

· Unload mattresses and bedding products from delivery trailers.

· Lift, carry, stack, and move heavy mattresses throughout the day.

· Place products in designated warehouse locations.

· Inspect products for visible damage during unloading.

· Maintain an organized and safe work area.

· Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements.

· Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

· Must be able to lift and move heavy mattresses repeatedly for an entire shift.

· Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

· Must be willing to perform physically demanding work.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.

· Previous warehouse or unloading experience is preferred but not required.

· Must be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits

· Competitive pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.

· Weekly perfect-attendance bonus.
