The Sales Executive partners with teammates on the Matrix Desk to manage a portfolio of brokers and customers, while meeting individual sales goals. Sales Executive also manages the receipt and close loop communication for post-sales service issues. Sales Executive should also focus on fostering new relationships leading to channel growth.

Overview
The sales executive, through interaction with brokers (third parties) and customers processes highly profitable energy deals for Vistra Energy. The Sales Executive partners with teammates on the Matrix Desk to manage a portfolio of brokers and customers, while meeting individual sales goals. Sales Executive also manages the receipt and close loop communication for post-sales service issues. Sales Executive should also focus on fostering new relationships leading to channel growth.
Key Responsibilites
  • Meet or exceed company sales and customer service objectives
  • Understand matrix pricing for multiple sales territories, process signed contracts as received
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer information with sales operations - ensure customer and/or broker issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work with management to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results
  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a sales team
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred, some college or relevant job experience required
  • 1-2 years of sales related experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a sales team
