Preferred qualifications and desired experience:

  • Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification with an endorsement in Math
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Ability to create a classroom atmosphere that encourages both academic and personal growth
  • Skilled in building effective rapport with students and fostering a motivational atmosphere
  • Comfortable integrating technology to enhance learning and keep students engaged
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in collaborating with parents and colleagues
