Job Description:
Job Summary
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking applications for a Limited Term Lecturer (LTL) in Statistics. Potential courses include Statistics and Contemporary Life and Elementary Statistical Methods. LTL positions are temporary, non-benefits eligible, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis. invites applications for part-time positions starting in Fall 2025.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Obligations of this position may include but are not limited to:
  • Meeting with students during and outside of assigned classes
  • Assessing student work and performance
  • Preparing course materials
  • Providing copies of course materials to the department
  • Maintain grades in electronic format
  • Assigning and submitting grades in accordance with established PNW schedules
  • Maintaining FERPA and Title X certification

Education
  • Master's Degree in Statistics or a closely related field (minimum 18 hours of graduate work in Statistics) is required

Experience
  • Teaching Experience preferred
