Job Summary
  • Seeking a highly skilled Cryptologic Computer Scientist to support advanced research and operational cryptologic missions.
  • Role involves developing, analyzing, and deploying algorithms, systems, and tools used to extract intelligence from complex digital data
  • Ideal candidates combine expertise in computer science with knowledge of cryptanalysis, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and high-performance computing to solve challenging national security problems

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize algorithms and software for cryptanalysis, data mining, and signals processing
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, cryptographic systems, and adversarial computing techniques
  • Develop tools and techniques to extract value from encrypted or obfuscated data sources
  • Analyze network protocols, encrypted data streams, and computational architectures

Required Qualifications
  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with MD Full Scope Polygraph
  • Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field
  • VSAT/RF experience
  • Strong Signals and Protocol analysis skills
  • STATCOM networking and analysis knowledge
  • Shell scripting and familiarity with python

Desired Qualifications
  • 452 Graduate

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:
130,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
