Westbury Christian School is seeking a passionate High School Math Teacher to join our Houston, TX team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to love math, prepare them for future math courses, and develop math confidence through engaging, personalized instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the schoolโ€™s curriculum, Christian values, and state standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Math, Education, or a related field.
  • Valid teaching certificate.
  • High school math teaching experience preferred (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-calculus and/or Calculus); new graduates with strong enthusiasm for math education are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
  • Creative, motivated, and dedicated to helping students reach their full potential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
