Position:    Supervisor of Mathematics / Math Teacher
Location:   Districtwide
Available:  July 1, 2026
Minimum Qualifications:
 









  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • New Jersey Department of Education instructional certification in Mathematics (K-12) and administrative certification as a Supervisor.
  • Five (5) years of successful teaching experience.
  • Previous, successful supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Successful teaching experience working with multilingual learners.
  • Successful curriculum supervisory experience serving a diverse student population including multilingual learners.


Salary: This is a 12-month administrative position with a salary range of $105,524-$112,000 to be established by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools in accordance with the Somerville Principals and Supervisors Association.  
Benefits:  Access to benefits begins on the date of hire in accordance with the Somerville Principals and Supervisors Association collective bargaining agreement .
