Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of our industry-leading claims engine. Because we are hiring across multiple high-impact teams, your specific placement will be aligned with your technical strengths and our current initiatives.

What we are looking for:
  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
    • Designing and building APIs
    • Designing schemas and performant queries for relational databases
    • Understanding of scalability challenges and performance of server-side code
  • Prior professional experience using React
  • Prior experience using Ruby on Rails a plus
  • Eagerness to learn from and work with a collaborative team
  • Commitment to quality and passion for technology and creating cutting-edge solutions
  • Ability to manage tasks and to contribute towards multiple initiatives during a sprint

Compensation that Grows with You
For this position, the base salary range is $135,000 - $165,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your unique experience, skill set, and location.
