BAE Systems is currently seeking a creative, innovative problem solver who are able to analyze, assess, anticipate, defend, and react to current and future attacks. Candidate should be capable of managing a team that is designing and implementing innovative protection schemes with rapidly evolving technologies used in various applications throughout the company.

Our Section Managers do a lot of amazing things, but for this role in particular you will:
  • Manage a team of 10-15 engineers
  • Help design security architectures based on requirements from your analysis of adversary threats and proposed countermeasures
  • Shape capability group policy and governance
  • Contribute to both near and long term technical roadmap objectives
  • Liaise with customers and other external entities
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
