Weโ€™re hiring a team member ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Perform all set up operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
  • Oversee the work performance and training of assigned crew members
  • Training of Assistant Operator and other crew members

  • Delegate/Assign work duties to assigned crew members.
  • Customize orders to specifications/requirements.
  • Maintain quality and quantity standards.
  • Complete processes related to paperwork and forms.
  • May handle hazardous waste as a part of daily job functions.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
Weโ€™re looking for people who:

  • Have good mechanical and organizational skills.
  • Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
  • Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
  • Have good mathematical skills
  • Must be a team player and possess the ability to lead and direct crew
  • Must be physically able to load bundles from 30 to 100lbs
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality and dependency is a prerequisite 
  • Show up reliably and work well with a team

Itโ€™s a plus if you have:

  • 3-5 years machine operating experience
  • Print, bindery, or finishing experience
  • Basic small packaging knowledge
  • Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

  • On your feet for most of the shift
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
