About the Team:

TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with an engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The Artist Partnership team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping artists to secure success on the platform, music streaming, hit charts and brand collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Discover music worth promotion efforts and manage weekly pipelines to match songs with proper promotional resources.
  • Specify campaign brief and design incentive plans to target the right segments of creators based on campaign needs.
  • Collect feedback and generate insights for product development of music promotion platform and algorithmic promotion strategy iteration.
  • Identify and monitor emerging music and trends, explore new promotional opportunities and use cases to better leverage TikTok's ecosystem to enhance promotion capability

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 workdays for internship. Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Prior internship experience in music, marketing, tech, or entertainment
  • Passion with Music. Deep lovers/users of TikTok
  • Logical and critical thinking. Quick learners and eager to take challenges and practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • computer scienece/marketing/math major are plus. mainstream digital streaming platforms like Spotify are preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan and deliver on tight deadlines, effectively collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
