Job Description

Property Matrix is a rapidly growing software company building the next generation of property management technology for both residential and commercial real estate. Our cloud-based platform is designed to be powerful, scalable, and reliable—supporting mid-size to enterprise clients across the U.S. as they modernize how they operate. We help property teams streamline the work that matters most: online rent payments, tenant portals, maintenance requests, leasing and applications, and efficient communication through email and text. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across the application stack.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write, update, and maintain automated tests; improve test reliability and coverage (Selenium experience is a plus).
  • Document new functionality and maintain clear technical notes to support ongoing development.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvements in performance, maintainability, and code quality.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or another related technical/science major.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and execute solutions using documentation and tutorials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively on a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic with motivation to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
