Assist Information Services and Technology staff.
Essential Job Duties
  • Assist with requests for student identification cards
  • Basic report writing requests to support departmental and institutional needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure report accuracy
  • Perform testing for updates to various software solutions to identify issues and verify functionality
  • Document testing results and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution
