Position Summary
We are looking for an exceptional math instructor to join our team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours in which the goal is to create engaging and productive learning experience for students. If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you!
Training is provided. All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional instruction/tutoring services to students
  • Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
  • Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students

Qualifications:
  • A passion for math and working with students
  • High level math skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and be trained

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
