QC Lab Tech Needed ASAP!
Temp to Hire
North Houston location - 77073
IN OFFICE ROLE!
Performs lab tests to determine the physical characteristics of all materials and ensure they meet the company criteria. Must be completed in a timely fashion to ensure minimal scrap due to quality.

Strong work ethic a MUST!!!!


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Ability to enter data into ERP/ MRP system
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, instructions, and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs. unassisted
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, some simple multiplication and division) required working with product weights, lengths, etc.
  • Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to heat
  • Works 12 hour shifts on a rotating shift basis

Must pass background, reference check and drug screen.
