We're looking for a University/Business School Student to join our Barcelona HUB office. 

Our responsibilities cover most of the supply chain functions such as production planning, distribution planning, Master Data management, customer service, new product development (initiatives planning), inventory management and demand planning

 THE ROLE 

This internship supports the EXO Team with a quick opportunity to see how partnership is built and make an impact on business results.


As an Intern You Will

  • Understanding supply chain processes.

  • Reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs): Demand, Forecast, Inventory, Fill Rate, Excess, VAR, OTIF.

  • Introduction to planning systems using SAP and JDA.

  • Extraction and analysis of purchasing and sales data.

  • Reviewing stock levels and component availability 

This is a unique opportunity to get the knowledge of supply chain end-to-end, work within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations. Within this role you will be able to make a valuable impact together with our customers and partners by working on delivery of new products and technologies. 


What you will bring

  • Interested in learning and developing their career in Supply Chain area

  • Students of higher education studies (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, economics, management preferable)

  • Proactive, curious and committed to deliver results

  • Strong in communication skills and teamwork

  • Fluent in English

  • Advanced in Excel, Large databases management, basic formulations and pivot table. 

  • You will need to show strong ownership, autonomy and discipline as well as excellent analytical and collaboration skills to succeed in this position.
