Job Description

As a Bike Driver, you will:

  • Interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service to ensure customer retention
  • Use your own bicycle, lock, helmet, lights, and rack to make deliveries within a 1-mile radius
  • Navigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area
  • Handle deliveries in various conditions, including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs
  • Maintain your bicycle and equipment to meet safety standards, including proper lighting and braking systems
  • Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing a Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CSPC") and/or American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM") certified helmet
  • Access your tips daily, either in cash or through your paycard

Qualifications
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain a bicycle within a 1-mile radius of the store
  • Provide own ANSI-certified helmet and necessary bicycling equipment
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing
  • Physical ability to perform delivery tasks in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
