abra Auto Body and Glass Repair (a division of Dahl Automotive) in La Crosse, WI is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our fast, growing family. The Guest Service Representative is a service role that always puts the guest first delivering a critical first impression that sets appointments, quoting service, creating estimates, contacting insurance companies, and guests with estimates. This position also creates daily invoices and routes them for the glass team. This is a Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5pm position.

Responsibilities:

  • Uses professional communication and listening skills to answer inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each guests’ specific needs.
  • Assist guests with setting up and submitting their insurance claim.
  • Provide accurate quotes based off vehicle information, schedule installations and repairs with a sense of urgency
  • Maintains professional composure when actively asking guests for the sale or negotiating the price
  • Enters data into abra’s glass software system in real time, editing for accuracy during the call or online referrals
  • Ensures daily work orders are set up, and vehicles are loaded, checked, and in transit in a timely manner
  • Manages work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs for the Glass Technicians
  • Ensures all work orders are properly accounted for and converted to invoices
  • Provides exceptional guest service by responding quickly to complaints/warranty issues
  • Invoices work orders, enter parts into the system, and stays up to date with account receivables

Qualifications:

  • Ability to persuade and educate guests on the benefits of abra while closing the sale
  • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
  • Ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
  • Ability to deal effectively with others, identify problems, and recommend and implement viable solutions.
  • Skill in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
  • Skill in operating general office equipment, planning scheduling, and organizing work, and performing basic mathematical calculations
  • Skill in demonstrating and performing job tasks of direct reports and efficient use of computers and software programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
