Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Photographer Editing Assistant to support our photography team at our Port St. Lucie location. This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and managing RV listing content while helping ensure our online inventory is accurate, consistent, and published on time.
This position will also support additional Florida locations and assist with event coverage and marketing content when needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture and edit photos for RV listings, ensuring consistency in quality and branding
  • Upload and organize images across internal systems and listing platforms
  • Review photo sets for completeness and accuracy before publishing
  • Communicate with photographers and management regarding missing or incorrect images
  • Maintain organization of digital files and folders
  • Support the Davie location as needed, including occasional coordination or coverage
  • Attend and assist with all RV shows supported by the Port St. Lucie location
  • Travel occasionally to other Florida locations, including Sanford and Fort Myers
  • Capture light video content, including RV walk-throughs and event footage
  • Support the marketing team by gathering photo and video content during events

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Basic photography and photo editing experience (Lightroom or similar preferred)
  • Comfortable with basic video capture (no heavy editing required)
  • Comfortable working with file management systems and uploading platforms
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in automotive, RV, or product photography workflows
  • Familiarity with inventory or listing platforms
  • Experience capturing content for social media or marketing use

Experience and Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • General knowledge of Excel, internet applications and ERP systems.
