We are a fast-growing CPG snack brand dedicated to bringing delicious, high-quality products to consumers. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly resourceful Content Creator & Videographer to join our team and become the driving visual force behind our digital brand presence.


The Social Media Content Creator & Videographer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of short-form and long-form digital content. Your primary focus will be creating engaging, scroll-stopping videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that build brand awareness, foster community, and drive online and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, direct, and edit high-impact short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form brand content.
    • Video Production: Handle all aspects of physical production, including lighting, audio recording, framing, and directing product close-ups, lifestyle shoots, and on-the-street interviews.
    • Post-Production Mastery: Edit videos with native platform pacing, dynamic sound design, text overlays, and color grading that matches our clean, exclusive aesthetic.
    • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to visually execute product launches, retail store placements, seasonal promotions, and influencer gifting campaigns.
    • Trend Analysis: Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and competitor activity daily to pivot and capitalize on real-time internet culture.
    • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of raw footage, b-roll, and final assets for cross-functional team use.
    • Content Standards: All content must be wholesome with no suggestive, explicit, or R-rated material.

  • Portfolio: A proven track record of short-form video work (TikTok/Reels) that demonstrates strong engagement, exceptional lighting, crisp audio, and modern editing techniques.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience creating short-form video content for a brand, agency, or a highly successful personal channel. Experience in CPG, food, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with professional mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.) as well as high-end mobile shooting. Complete mastery of mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or professional suites (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the TikTok and Instagram algorithms, including what drives watch time, retention, and shares.
  • Attributes: High autonomy, strong organizational skills, ability to move fast, and a genuine passion for food culture and consumer trends.
  • Gear: Proficiency with professional mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) as well as the ability to pull high-end, rapid content straight from an iPhone.
  • Software: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Bonus Points: Experience working with CPG, food, or lifestyle brands, or a personal following you’ve successfully built from scratch.

Salary Range: $50k- $90k
