Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, advanced knowledge of construction practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, teams, subcontractors, and client relationships with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction and remodeling projects.
  • Lead pre-construction activities including estimating, scheduling, permit tracking, and procurement.
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractor performance, site safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality assurance/control.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings.
  • Ensure all work meets F&M standards and local building codes.
  • Mentor and support project managers, and field staff.
  • Report on project progress and financial performance to company leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in construction project management (residential or commercial).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in Washington State.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
