Job description

As a Project Manager at GLY, you are a strategic leader who guides projects from early conceptual planning through final closeout, balancing technical excellence, operational precision, and relationshipdriven leadership. In this role, you'll influence the full lifecycle of project delivery by shaping preconstruction strategy, driving effective project execution, strengthening team capability, and fostering longterm client and partner relationships. PRECONSTRUCTION

  • Work with the Principal/Project Executive/Sr. Project Manager to maximize competitiveness of new building projects.
  • Analyze new construction technologies and run competitive

What It Takes:


  • 5+ years' project management experience in commercial construction. Minimum 10 years total industry experience.
  • Proven track record of winning work as the key selling resource.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • DBIA, LEED, LEAN and / or other related industry accreditations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to navigate challenging situations for positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal and other interpersonal communication skills - communication is a large part of what we do!
