As a Quality Engineer III here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective quality engineering practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in quality methodologies and tools will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications. By monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to our products. Your technical guidance and support will empower your team members to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or applicable experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools
  • Experience with quality control systems and processes
  • Experience in a CCA Manufacturing environment and understanding of IPC standards
