About the Role
The Global Raw Materials Sourcing Manager leads the global sourcing strategy for fabrics, trims, and other raw materials across our medical scrubs and chef wear assortments. This role manages textile mill and supplier relationships, fabric development, cost negotiations, capacity and lead times, quality standards, and supply continuity across global sourcing regions.

You’ll partner with Product Design, Product Development, Quality, Merchandising, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure materials meet product, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

 What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute the global raw material sourcing strategy across fabric mills and trim suppliers.
  • Build and manage relationships with global textile mills and suppliers, negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), capacity, and lead times.
  • Manage raw material costs and identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance.
  • Lead new fabric and trim development based on product strategy, emerging textile technologies, and Design and Merchandising needs.
  • Partner with Product Design and Development to ensure fabrics meet performance, testing, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage supply risk through dual sourcing, supplier diversification, mill capacity planning, and lead-time management.
  • Partner with the Egypt sourcing team (and future regional teams) on local raw material execution and supplier performance.
  • Establish fabric quality standards and coordinate bulk fabric approvals with Fabric Quality and Color teams.
  • Maintain seasonal fabric information and manage material status from development and sampling through testing and final approval.
  • Manage fabric records in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and coordinate greige and dyed fabric requirements.
  • Monitor textile and raw material market trends and assess their impact on cost, availability, and lead times.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly fabric sourcing and performance reporting to Global Supply Chain leadership.
  • Visit textile mills and suppliers as needed for supplier evaluations, R&D, new collections, and fabric development.
  • Lead and develop direct reports while driving continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in global raw materials sourcing, textile sourcing, fabric sourcing, apparel sourcing, or supply chain.
  • Experience negotiating directly with global textile mills in markets such as Egypt, Pakistan, Turkey, China, or similar sourcing regions.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric development, textile manufacturing, supplier management, costing, capacity planning, and production lead times.
  • Experience improving quality and consistency while identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • People management experience, including at least one direct report.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, seasonal priorities, and deadlines across a global supply chain.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Yunique PLM experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, or a related field.
