Pay: $22.50/hour / direct-hire

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm and some Saturdays

Location: Eagle Mountain, UT

Job Description

We are seeking two Material Handlers, to perform tasks of material handling within a warehouse environment that supports a Facebook database in Eagle Mountain, UT

Responsibilities

  • Perform work in a traditional warehousing environment, picking parts according to customer orders.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
  • Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Assist in counting and accurately tracking materials or items received or distributed, and help with the physical counting of inventory.
  • Maintain inventory control and accurate records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
  • Organize facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S).
  • Work a schedule deemed necessary to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators, which may fluctuate based on business needs.
  • Unload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations.
  • Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
  • Perform picking and dispatching related activities.
  • Unbox and re-box items.
  • Assist with receipt and task queries.

Essential Skills

  • Must be tech savvy and computer literate
  • Experience in material handling.
  • Proficiency in packing and general labor tasks.
  • Experience with RF scanners.
  • Knowledge of packaging and shipping processes.
  • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
  • Familiarity with picking and shipping/receiving operations.
  • Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug and ba ckground check
  • Must be able to communicate in English

SHIFT

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm and some Saturdays

Work Environment

Work in a large data center and warehouse environment with significant walking throughout the shift. The operation is fast-paced, focused on safety, and involves handling high-value server equipment in a climate-controlled facility.
